The Big Schmear Podcast

Being a business that counts chocolate chip cookies among its most crucial business tools, we couldn’t have been more thrilled to work on the web site for a podcast about food! Beth Schenker’s “Big Schmear” podcast needed a simple, whimsical, clean design that put the focus on photographs of the guests and their cooking. Working with podcast-hosting software blubrry, we made sure that every episode  gave podcast listeners a chance to download it or listen via their favorite platform. For the recipes, we turned to a plugin called Zip Recipes, which gives readers the chance to print with the images and website background stripped away — a must for any kitchen maven.

It was so much fun thinking through the way this podcast and its audience might grow and change, and to give Beth a site she could manage on her own. Here’s the final product — bon appetit!
